The World Gym for Life Challenge is a fantastic event for gymnasts of all ages and abilities. Groups perform choreographed routines for up to 5 minutes with or without apparatus, and can be performed with music.
A group must have at least two gymnasts and there’s no maximum limit. The categories are:
Gymnastics and dance, small group (20 or fewer gymnasts)
Gymnastics and dance, large group (more than 21 gymnasts)
Gymnastics with large apparatus, small group (20 or fewer gymnasts)
Gymnastics with large apparatus, large group (21+ gymnasts)
โFour experts are on hand to evaluate the choreographies and rank the groups within each category with Gold, Silver, or Bronze awards.
The top groups are invited to perform at theย World Gym for Life Gala, where a special trophy, named after former FIG President Bruno Grandi, is awarded to the top-rated group.
