    When “older” participants (Cheer, Adult Rec, Parkour, etc.) decide they want to learn backward handspring, best is to send them to some station like this that doesn’t require spotting.

    Parkour / Ninja classes at the Gymnastics Club 

    Increase the number of boys in your program. Use the Gym later in the evening.

    All you need is a good, safe coach. And equipment.

    Olympian works out in a playground 

    Kyle Shewfelt won the Gold medal on Floor at the 2004 Olympics.

    He recommends we train in playgrounds. After all, many sit empty. 🙂
