The coach does a great job of accommodating everyone. There are people who come to the class having never been to a gym in their life. There are people like me, who did gymnastics way back when, but can’t even do a pullover now. There are also people who can do double backs and giants. There are both men and women in the class, and we train all together.
One thing that surprised me was how many skills I lost. …
