The 90/10 formula is this: 90% of your stations are designed to be completed independently by your gymnasts, and 10% of your circuit should be assisted.

I’m even happier if ALL the kids in my group can do ALL of the circuit independently. Spotting once / week kids should happen as infrequently as possible.
