Fish gotta swim, birds gotta fly… and kids gotta climb, jump and balance! Have you ever been in a queue with young children where there are bars or line dividers about? What do you see the children doing? I imagine you would see children attempting to swing and hang about on such equipment.
While dangling from trees, hanging from bars and swinging by ropes may dismay grown ups, children persist with good reason! Children in generations gone by developed gross motor skills naturally in their daily play. …
