Naja uses Lava Orange yoga mats.
Children are told that the FLOOR IS LAVA and they must jump over the lava wherever the mats are in the (parkour?) circuit.
Good idea.

Of the many systems I’ve seen, this one is best.
Kids can try both cartwheel right and cartwheel left.
I saw this on the private Preschool Gymnastics Coaches Facebook page.

The last resort for me as a coach is to … SPOT.
The child should do the work, not the coach.
Once they are strong enough to hold bent arm hang, putting something in front MIGHT be enough to do the Pull-over on their own.
