This year’s contest will follow previous editions of the World Gym for Life Challenge in Dornbirn (AUT) in 2009; Cape Town (RSA) in 2013; and then Vestfold (NOR) in 2017. …

The World Gym for Life Challenge is a fantastic event for gymnasts of all ages and abilities. Groups perform choreographed routines for up to 5 minutes with or without apparatus, and can be performed with music.
A group must have at least two gymnasts and there’s no maximum limit. The categories are:
Four experts are on hand to evaluate the choreographies and rank the groups within each category with Gold, Silver, or Bronze awards.
The top groups are invited to perform at the World Gym for Life Gala, where a special trophy, named after former FIG President Bruno Grandi, is awarded to the top-rated group.
A GREAT excuse to visit Lisbon. 😀
