The findings come from a major study by researchers in Bristol and Scotland published online in the British Journal of Sports Medicine.
If confirmed, this could have implications for public health and education policy, they said.
The research involved almost 5,000 children taking part in the Children Of The 90s study, tracking the long-term health of around 14,000 children born in the UK between 1991 and 1992 in the South West of England.How exercise can help teenage girls get better grades in science… and the tougher workout the better

Kyle Shewfelt won the Gold medal on Floor at the 2004 Olympics.
He recommends we train in playgrounds. After all, many sit empty. 🙂
